    This trade explorer is pretty cool. It allows you to see a lot of useful info about your trades.

    note in the US there is NO LEVERAGE ANYMORE ON GOLD AND SILVER via fx broker

    I use demos to test systems, trend strength and length, mostly for study of longer term position trading instead
    of intraday which I trade live.

    I use two different live accounts and will often copy the demos if I am prepping to hold over the weekend or for anything past two three days. For currencies;
    Favorite hours Second Major mix Asia, Eur, Ldn from asia into say 5am EST
    OR
    2:00 prep for 3:00 AM start with orders
    Lastly
    Power Session - NY / LDN CLASH 8AM -12PM STRICT sometimes the ride is over within the first hour.
