Thank you Star178. Yes, I have installation doc from post #506. I now have both TMSDB_V8 and _V9 in the C:TMS folder.
I have followed the installation and have "run as administrator" turned on for both DB and MT4 platform (ECN).
I still do not have any files in the expert files folder even with running as administrator, so cannot set up the DB. Are these files used only for the DB or for the EA as well? Anything else to try here to get those files created? I have Windows 7 OS.
I have chart tpl loaded and TMS_V8 EA attached with happy face. I loaded settings from Caillou in post #544, and also set CriminallsECN to true. I got alerts and trade attempted to enter last night on gbpusd but got error message (131) invalid trade... and trade did not enter. However, have now entered trade on eurjpy at 12 noon EDT/4 pm GMT, so may be no issue with EA working.
