Hi,
Just saw them through ads on Forexfactory http://www.vantagefx.com
Something about them :
- Regulated by Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) under Australian law.
- Fully regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the UK, registration number 501057. (http://www.vantagefx.co.uk/)
-No DEPOSIT fees on bankwire / Credit Card
- 10k$ limit / month for credit card deposit
- Their spreads look tight especially on Vantage FX PRO (http://www.vantagefx.com/why-vantage-fx/spreads/)

These above information was collected from their site , I haven't traded with this broker yet , unfortunately the conditions sounds good to me . So any reviews or experience regarding this broker are welcome for discussion . I and others members who were searching for reviews about this broker were appreciated for your help !!

Been using their demo (UK) for a few months and its been very good. Considering a live micro test account with them based on the experience of the demo.

Never ever had a requote. Sometimes execution takes 3 or more seconds but for me I can deal with that within my trading method.

So my experience albeit demo is very good so far.
Hi the good Thing about this Broker is that the spreads are very tight. However, they got one problem: Their Maximum positions size is ridculously low limited you can't have more that a certain size of Position open. That's why I closed my accounts with them

Thanks for sharing your experience , how about others aspects like about their support team , execution , slippage , widen spreads , stoploss hunting ? Or about deposit/withdraw speeds , did you get your withdraw when you decide to close account?
I have had a bad experience with this company, I do not trust them.
I don't trust them cause of their name, after a shitty brand of American Cigarettes,

let's see what they want it to mean.

Broker's really need to get some better names. I heard one like Starfish FX.

It's called marketing, why not just call the broker "ACME" FX trading.

Probably because if your position is too large it might blow up thier desk if they don't hedge it in time, and go out of business.

Where do people find these brokers any way?

Can't you all just stick to the regular crooks?

Yes I found that out after I opened an account.

If you want 500:1 Leverage the MAX trade size you can have open is 2.0 Lots, that is not say five 2.0 Lots no that's the max Total. If you breach the MAX they cut you leverage.
If you are thinking of opening account, ask for this info up front.

Only one thing for me that a Broker must have on there site. Instant access to Withdraw

Close to Christmas so I wanted to Withdraw, you have to sign a Withdrawal Request and wait for approval. When I called to see if my Withdrawal was being processed I was told the guy that does that is out of the office for TWO DAYS !

I withdrew all my account and ran !

I use now GKFX they have a secured client portal where you can Deposit and Withdraw at any time with no approvals or forms to fill out. Withdrawals take 1-3 days back to your bank account.

The VantageFX guys probably don't have proper risk management procedures in place, that's why they limit the maximum exposure you can have in your account. Imagine if a trader who actually know what he's doing opens 100-300 lot trade over Asian session just before the major news and makes 50 pips profit on each trade! I would avoid such br0kers who limit your risk exposure.

One thing I really hate in forums and the reason I don't use them a lot is for this exact reason, thought FF Members had more class. If your gonna take a qoute don't cut and shut it to make yourself look all worthy.

I looked at Vantage, but decided that Peperstone where a lot better in demo to demo comparison.

Yeah, me too, i found Vantage FX live account had very slow execution speed (1000-2000 ms). So i went with Pepperstone, they have much faster execution speeds.
