Stacks of cash totaling 11.27 million yen (about $102,500) have been found in trash collected at a disposal station in central Japan. According to the Toyota Municipal Government in Aichi Prefecture, a worker at the facility, which collects non-combustible waste such as metal and large trash including house appliances, found the cash in several paper bags at around 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 11 when they were separating combustible items from metal waste.
