A second whistleblower has come forward with concerns about President Donald Trump’s dealings with Ukraine. This whistleblower has first-hand knowledge of allegations listed in a previous whistleblower’s complaint, the lawyer representing this person, Mark Zaid, told ABC News on Sunday.
