UK house prices grew by 0.9% in the year to June 2019, unchanged from May 2019. On a non-seasonally adjusted basis, average house prices in the UK increased by 0.7% between May 2019 and June 2019, compared with a rise of 0.7% during the same period a year earlier (May 2018 and June 2018). House price growth was strongest in Wales where prices increased by 4.4% in the year to June 2019, down from 4.6% in the year to May 2019.
