The Trump administration is due to release, this week, its list of Chinese exports it plans to hit with new tariffs as the president steps up hit trade war rhetoric. He hinted that the trade talk planned for the next month in Washington could be called off. And as trade tensions worsen, Chinese policy makers are holding back from unleashing monetary stimulus.
