Van which crashed into police car in Sydney allegedly contained $200m worth of the drug, ice

One patrol car was badly damaged and a police inspector stopped the van an hour later nearby on Church Street in Ryde. The officer searched the van, which contained moving boxes. Police allege inside the boxes were “multiple bags” of what was found to be methylamphetamine or ice. "This would be one of the easiest drug busts the NSW Police have ever made, incredible. Absolutely incredible," Detective Inspector Glyn Baker told 9News. The van was seized and 28-year-old Tu was arrested. He was refused bail and appeared at Burwood Local Court today .
