Confidence in the business-related services sector continued on its seesaw trend. Thus, the substantial upward revision of expectations about firms’ own economic activity in April was more or less offset by the drop recorded this month. Entrepreneurs’ expectations regarding general market demand turned out more pessimistic as well, albeit to a lesser extent. In the trade sector, cyclical developments were also hesitant.
