Explosion at London's Tower Hill Station

The Tower Hill Station was closed after a low-intensity explosion on Tuesday. The explosion occurred on Tower Hill station's District Line. The train was inbound from east London to Ealing Broadway. About five people, including women and children, were injured in the attack. The passengers fled in a panic which led to the choking of the carriage's entrance. Details reveal that an explosive device was kept in a black bag in a carriage, which was triggered after a passenger got off the train. Following this, a small fire was reported due to which smoke engulfed the entire carriage after which the driver stopped it. (full story)
