The environmental crusader accused of dumping blue powder on the face of Wall Street’s famous Charging Bull was arrested Friday afternoon. “Climate change is real and it shouldn’t be denied,” Courtney Frances Fallon, 33, told The Post, as officers put her in their SUV for a trip to court. “Please stop denying climate change.
