Police in New York are responding to an explosion in Manhattan. At least 25 people were injured, according to the New York City Fire Department. None appear to be life-threatening, the agency noted. According to the New York City Police Department, the incident happened in the Chelsea neighborhood on 23rd Street between 6th and 7th Avenues around 8:30 Saturday night.
