Charlie Sheen has said his money-making ability has declined so far that he can no longer afford to pay his $55,000-a-month child support payments to ex Brooke Mueller. The former "Two and a Half Men" star said that he used to make $613,000 a month back when his show was still on the air, but now only pulls in a relatively paltry $87,384 on average.
