The Federal Reserve will likely lie low this week after September’s nail-biter of a meeting ended with a decision to hold short-term interest rates near zero. The two-day policy meeting that begins Tuesday isn’t expected to generate the Fed’s first rate increase in nearly a decade, Chairwoman Janet Yellen isn’t scheduled to hold a press conference and officials won’t release updated economic projections.
