A vending machine that sells pot? What might have been unthinkable a few years ago is now becoming a reality in Colorado, one of two states to legalize the recreational use of marijuana. National Public Radio’s website reports that a pot vending machine called the ZaZZZ was unveiled in Avon, Colo., over the weekend. Before anyone cries foul, the machine is intended for use by medical marijuana patients, and is supposed to check customer’s ages by using biometrics. Also, it won’t be located on street corners.
