We expect support for EUR/USD to fade shortly, with the cross declining back towards 1.30 by year-end, and reaching 1.23 by end-2014. Though we look for USD to fade somewhat due to delayed Fed tapering and the start of the ‘Yellen Fed’, EUR is likely to see only limited support from this development, particularly compared to other G10 European currencies.
