European Central Bank President Mario Draghi is to appear before the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee of the European Parliament later today. He is expected to face close questioning from Dublin MEP Gay Mitchell, who wants Mr Draghi to make clear the certainty of the recent promissory notes deal.
