Outside bar failure: There was an outside bar to end last week on Friday(2/8). However that candle failed to rally back above a previous support pivot. More importantly this week started with a complete reversal of that candle, showing respect of that previous support pivot as resistance as well as taking out new lows. The idea here is that an outside bar is an early sign of reversal, but immediate failure to do so shows bears are in control. The 1.0150-1.0165 is in focus.
