Chinese President Xi Jinping and other top Communist Party leaders have concluded an annual meeting to discuss 2024 goals, as the world’s second largest economy tries to spur growth. The Central Economic Work Conference was held in Beijing from Monday to Tuesday, state broadcaster China Central Television reported.
