Max Verstappen has zoomed away in the Forbes Formula One earnings list just as he's raced away in this year's championship. A new list of F1 driver salaries has revealed Verstappen's $55million [£44.65m] salary is over five times that of his Red Bull team-mate Sergio Perez. Having topped both this leaderboard and the championship one for several years, Lewis Hamilton now come a quite distant second to Verstappen with a Mercedes salary of $35m [£28.4m].
