{video} US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is meeting with China's top diplomat Wang Yi in Beijing. The talks are being held amid strained bilateral relations. Blinken and Wang began their talks at the state guesthouse on Monday morning. The secretary is the first member of US President Joe Biden's Cabinet to visit China. The two are believed to be exchanging views on Taiwan, the Ukrainian situation and other issues.
