As reported by the Federal Statistical Office, the index of producer prices for industrial products increased by 4.1% compared to April 2022. Compared to the previous year, this represents the smallest increase since April 2021 (+5.2%). In March the increase had been +6,7%. Compared with the preceding month March 2023 the overall index increased by 0.3% in April 2023.
