The number of people registered in the offices of the State Public Employment Service (SEPE) at the end of July increased by 3,230 people, 0.1 percent more than the previous month. In this way, unemployment stands at 2,883,812 people, which, however, is the lowest figure in a month of July since 2008. Compared to the same month of 2021, the largest year-on-year drop has been registered, as unemployment was reduced by 532,683 people.
