We are heading into a blockbuster week as all eyes move towards the US Presidential debate and stimulus negotiations. VIX contracts are also set to expire this week which can also lead to increased volatility across the financial markets. However, there is reportedly a number of Republicans not in favour of such a high stimulus package. If a deal is not reached, the Wall Street Journal has suggested a package may not be passed until post elections and possibly not until February 2021.
