Disliked{quote} hi Quyguan, that is a very well coded Ea by Seller9. If only it can recognise consolidation using price bar patterns, then many of those trade setups within consolidation and narrow range market can be filter-out and then only the winning rate will be above 65%. the other feature that need to be coded into that EA is the money management and entry and exit strategy with scale-in and scale-out functions. anyone want to take up this challenge to re-code the EA?Ignored

DislikedYears have passed and the argument rages on. BigE did discuss price action. But if I were trying to learn his method I would stay with just the pairs that he traded, on the time frame that he traded. I think it would help the newer traders find the trades that work best if we did discuss price action a bit more. The TDI is a trigger that let Big E know a certain kind of price action was occurring. He did not take every signal. {quote} I agree with you on probability. It might help the newcomers to define it. Big E had a lot intuitive knowledge that...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I had been out the entire weekend and havent read your above post. Thank you for the PA insight. You are completely right, actually PA is very new in me and lacks knowledge, I have always traded in mechanical systems, so possibly I enter wrong in every trade. I try to analise every pattern, resistance, support, trenline, fibos, but still do not manage to read the Market correctly. Let see if I can retain anything in this big head I have. Thank you again for your consideration in newbies. Regards,Ignored

Disliked{quote} Here's a little proof. Live Trade entered on the EUR/USD 4H. Used Price Action to get an expectation on where the market is heading then used the TDI for confirmation. (Most times i'd enter long before the TDI crosses because Price Action is fast, TDI Lags). That guy is a genius. He's good at "dumbing down" the explanations so even a child can understand how to read Price Action. {image}Ignored
