Disliked{quote} Trade affected due to leverage issue finally credited back to my account. Thank You. Special thanks to Exness representative (in this forum) for his continued support through out this process.Ignored
QuoteDislikedI had to click for 8 min straight watching my loss go up continuously clicking "close trade" button with 4pips slippage and was never able to close it.
Trust me it happened many times with me. not 1 day but many times
Dislikedany trader can never close a trade during volatility unless you have 5-10pips slippage enabled. I had a good experience with exness few years ago but not anymore. so be careful. they will just make your loosing trades loose even more by not letting you close them. {quote}so good luck with it.Ignored

DislikedCan anyone tell me what is the situation with this? I shorted gbpchf but i think the weekend spread is crazy. If i'm not mistaken, it's at 131 pips for gbpchf. Don't look at the market panel on the left, i have my metatrader version for phone and it's showing 1318 pips spread now. I have no idea whether my trade here is a win or loss. I can expect a 20-30 pips over the weekend, but isn't a 150pips spread a bit over? Can anyone shed some light on this matter? Exness representative maybe?Ignored
Disliked{quote} How long have you been trading forex? Exness has 1 digit more precision in the quotes, so you have to divide all your indicators by 10. You are then looking at 13 pips spread (actually your terminal shows 11)Ignored
DislikedMine is perfectly normal, just took this screenshot Maybe you should get a classic account since you are an experienced trader {image}Ignored

Disliked{quote} Same here. GBPCHF spread looks crazy in ECN! Your position will be closed in loss as soon as market opens because it already hit SL during final seconds of market close. Raise a ticket with them as soon as market open. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Here i attached the picture of my position. Got stopped out at 1.2200 while my sl is set at 1.2217. Red line was my stoploss. Green was my takeprofit. Should i raise a ticket and thank them for not stopping me out at 1.2217? lol. My winning position turned to a lost one because of the spread. My same position with ic market hit my TP nicely. Does the exness representative here have anything to say to this? My issue here is the crazy spread during the weekends. 130 pips for gbp/chf and 250 pips for gbp/nzd. With an average spread of 1 to...Ignored
DislikedCan anyone post a screenshot of the pair nzd/jpy for the last hour? Preferably 1min chart. My trade got stopped out by a spike. My other broker does not have this spike. it has to be exness ecn and not the mini account. Was wondering if anyone has this issue. I am strongly suspecting they are using some kind of broker plugin to hunt my stop. Thanks! {image}Ignored
