It depends on how you define your support and resistance zone.
When you trade Medhi Method 2 on H4 timeframe, I recommend that you read Big E posts in the original TMS thread.
These two posts - Post#261 and Post#647 are very important.
Look at AUDCAD example which was posted by one member yesterday. H4 is still in consolidation range and we should avoid taking at setup with the TDI. We can trade in the lower timeframes - H1 and M15, but in those timeframes there are also intraday support and resistance which we must observe.
From now on, we should wait for the breakout of that H4 High-Low and look for the best setups according to Medhi Method 2. I don't see any Method 1 trade until we see a nother strong trending move in D1 chart which then bring the Stoch into the overbought or oversold regions.
