Regarding the email, it was sent to everyone who has filed an execution complaint. 10 business days was set as a maximum time. However, at the moment a considerable part of 'forum complaints' has been processed and compensations are due to be paid soon.
Apart from it, as far as the approach that the Complaints department have taken in the matter is concerned, many cases are unique and require more time to be processed. For this reason it is difficult to say what should be a one day norm in this case. At the same time, I am certain that my colleagues from the Complaints department are doing everything they can to finish all requests within the shortest possible time.
