Forget the losses, you will never get them back, they are gone forever.
Let them go or you will go with them if you hold on to the mindset of loss.
This is my second go at forex, first time I lost and stepped aside for a couple years.
I got out before I destroyed the account back then.
This time I have doubled the account, doing that just this past friday.
I really don't give a rat's aorta about last time around. That loss is gone: Dead to me
The tradability of the past trading years is not the tradability of the now, nor of the future
Had a demo before that in which I gained over a mill profit in 7 months. So what: That's past as well. Gone
Slow and steady wins it for me, trading very very small. 0.01 per trade only.
It has taken me just shy of a year to double the account doing 0.01.
So I have 1000 rather than 500, small numbers by the world eyes, even by other traders eyes maybe.
But so what again, ain't no bank gonna pay interest of 100%
Promised myself I'd step it up to 0.02 when I doubled AC, I'm in the process of doing that now.
Work out what percentage of $1000 0,01 per trade really is, It's really small, less than the recommended 2% per trade. Start there
"You know what needs to be addressed , completely completely reverse that".
