Just a quick note referring back to the discussion we have been having today regarding trending markets, and it is this -
Price almost always returns back to its 200ema/sma. The task in a trending market is to determine on which time frame it is likely to do this, whether it be the 1m, 5m or whatever. Having made contact with it, with the trend still strong, it will not usually just lift straight back off without coming down to it again, so these entries have to be timed well if using a small stop loss. If it's possible, always draw a counter-trend line.
