DislikedI have made a couple of entries this morning, and here are 2 of them: EUR/NZD - Buy @ 1.7575 NZD/USD - Sell @ 0.63527 Both currently live and running in the right direction. Also just closed out GBP/NZD for 80 pip profit. I have probably closed that too early, but I left the trade because I'm having a problem with MT4 and I can't see the chart. Still, a decent trade! {image} {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} First image: look at the trend. Second image: it looks like a consolidation area. Third image: Very small SL and TP for H4, and the entry was taken way after the second candle. Fourth image: It looks ok, in my opinion, if the HTF points to the same direction. But the SL and TP look very small for H1. Sl should have been placed above the swing. Fifth image: Don't know... Sixth image: Entry was not made on the first or second candle. Although the second candle broke the low of the doji, the TDi had not crossed yet. Just my opinion....Ignored

Disliked{quote} Big Emm looks at the D1 for direction, and uses H4 for entries. There are 6 H4 candles in a day. Perhaps it would be better to use a lower TF than H1 to enter, if you use H4 for direction, because there are only 4 H1 candles in H4 TF. I am using M15 with H4. In your first pic, there was a HUGE move downwards. Why would you want to go against such a big move, unless you are a pro and you master the counter-trend setups? Personally, I would have waited for the price to retrace on the H4 (to go up), and then when candles and Tdi gave a sell...Ignored

Disliked{quote} This week, my question to all is whether you want to follow Big E and be an aggressive trader like him or you want to be conservative. Read post#60,870 to have a better understanding the difference between being aggressive and conservative in the way we trade. Do you have the knowledge and experience to be aggressive like him? regards,Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi Emmanuel, My reply would be to start slow on the daily charts with the pure original method, as I have had good results in that account checking it once a day; and move forward as Big E did after that by using the demo account, to practice in lower time frames to learn where I do better as In the last 3 months I have struggled to be up 10% on that Demo. I took me 3 weeks to get the nerve to do a single trade with real money but managed to do so by going all the way down on lot size and to start feeling it out, so I can stay more in the...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hi Derek, one of my exit strategy rule is when there is trade invalidation. This is a setup which is opposite to my trade. Read post#55,038 Reference Dr Van Tharp system development. trading D chart will give you the best results. I trade the stock market using End of Day trading meaning I look for trades at he end of day after the stock market closed. The same I apply when I trade spot forex. regards,Ignored
DislikedGBPNZD 28 Sep H4 trade: here is one H4 trade which is running. TDI goes flat, do I exit? No. I move SL to trail behind the previous APB. This reduces the overall risk of this trade. {image}Ignored
