I'm trying to determine exactly when a news will be made public, in relation to my own time zone, but it's not clear to me how the Forex calendar calculates the dates. I've set up my time zone properly in my forexfactory profile settings.
Here's an example that is not clear to me: the news for Monday shows that the Monetary Policy meeting will start at 21:30 (time correctly converted to my time zone). Then, I went on the actual Australian government website which lists that meeting to start at 11:30 (their local time) - using a GMT calculator, I did get the same time conversion (21:30) but a day earlier (Sunday).
So, to summarize, the proper local time/date when the conference will take place: Sunday at 21:30 EST (my local time zone) while the calendar shows Monday at 21:30 EST (wrong day). Logically, the calendar should also list this meeting for Sunday but it doesn't. Am I missing something here?
