Just to respond to neopat on the connection status.
A green/red(actually deep red which looks like brown) means it is a direct connection to the trading server.
Companies with multiple branches like FxOpen/Admiral markets (or Fxpro/FXcm etc) where they have .au and .uk and .com companies, these companies do not use their own individual servers. They will have one "trading server" serving all the locations and this also means that you do not connect directly since your account is held locally("account server"). Hence a green/green. The bottom green shows the secondary local connection.
No point asking ICM support staff since they do not have another company other than Australia, they won't be able to answer you.
Those broker that do have multiple companies, the support staff will always say it has to be green/green since they may have joined when the broker already has multiple companies and has not seen green/red !
