Welcome, Patrick, good to have you on board!
Moonshot: I have never heard of that website. My suggestion is to buy Trading in the Zone for $50 and read it 10 minutes a day, underlining what you find important, or what rings true to you. After you are done the first time, go back and read again - 10 minutes a day. This (and all future) re-reading you can do it faster, paying more attention to underlined text. I am on my 9th reading so far, I think.
After a while you will start asking questions that the book does not seem to provide the answer to. Then you can find a lot other books on similar topics. It is important to understand that trading psychology is not special in some way - all we need to do is to learn to better control our incessantly thinking brain and emotions. There are many ancient books (as well as modern) on spirituality that will help possibly even more than modern psychology. I believe it is beneficial to combine ancient wisdom with modern science (especially neuroplasticity).
