Disliked{quote} Hi nAVIN, I am saying that you will not be able to claim negative balances. Refer to Alpari Customer Agreement Limit of Liability 16.3. The Company will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Customer in connection with, or directly or indirectly arising from: (a) any error or failure in the operation of the Trading Platform or any delay caused by the Client Terminal; (b) Transactions made via the Client Terminal or by telephone; (c) any failure by the Company to perform any of its obligations under the Operative Agreements...Ignored
Disliked{quote} missluna, I am addressing you as you say you represent a number of customers but please everyone listen. Your comments are fantasy. If you ignore the advice I previously provided, then you are misspending other peoples good money and I dont want to see that happen. There is no need to do that after we have all suffered through this process. If you do go and waste their money on legal fees then it will be on your conscience. If you are a 'leader' representing others then pull your head in and stop behaving like a child. You are just one small...Ignored
Disliked{quote} can you please tone down your offensive language and stop making false claims about me. I'm not representing anyone, i dont want money from anyone and i didnt ask for your abusive language either so yeah its sad that people like you make others that want to get us help feel uncomfortable. You claim to be the expert however if you would be you would know that the initial consultation is completly free. Thanks for sparing me your "advise" in the future, surprisingly you think that all whats in a contract is legal, but you can be sure thats...Ignored
Dislikedi also would like to add. what money is in those seggregated accounts, our deposited money or our current account balance? i did already withdraw more than what i paid in so in effect just traded with my profits. which might mean there is nothing to pay me back or is there? what do you guys think?Ignored

Disliked{quote} I think you may find they calculate their fee first. Nobody asked how much the Russian paid. Any guesses who will buy the client bank for next to nothing?? Only two winners here KPMG and the Russians.Ignored
Essentially, the message the Administrators conveyed to us was that they understand the position Alpari UK clients are in, and that they are working as fast and as diligently as possible to be able to effect a refund to clients as soon as possible within the next few weeks. But clients simply need to have some patience, given the large number of clients involved.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation as it develops.

Disliked... KPMG Administrators Samantha Bewick, Richard Heis, and Mark Firmin, as well as to the FCA. We received a call back very soon after from Samantha Bewick, who made it very clear that: the administrators are indeed working as fast as possible to sort out all client balance amounts, noting that with 100,000+ clients the process will take some time before money can actually be refunded to clients the work that the KPMG team is doing to try to salvage certain assets (intellectual property, licenses, client lists, IT, etc.) is not being done at the...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Exactly. I've been through an insolvency process years ago, as a worker for a big semiconductor company that had 2000 workers and went down in the 2008 crisis... and I know how long it took to go through all the steps and sort everything out for employees, creditors, customers, etc. I was one of the 10% lucky ones who didn't lose their job... I lost some in cutout paychecks. That's why I haven't been posting here, or signing anything... there's too much rambling around, while everything looks to me as being done by the books. They sent me...Ignored

DislikedTonirai you wanna know why 90% of trades lose money? is easy..leverage! 90% or more of traders use more than 1:10 leverage. I use 1:1 always and i had no problems never..until now indirectly..cause i'm ok with my balance..just losing time for this drama hoping end soon. But it's kind 4-5 years i trade with real money..never had problems..never had serious losses. So leverage it's the deamon. Remember that. If you use that just for take margin it's ok. But never open lots more than what you have in your account..you should expect the worst always....Ignored

Disliked{quote} According to what KPMG has said so far you will get 16,400... Floating positions that are closed are closed! IF they were UP it is a win, if they were down it is a loss...Ignored
