Regardless of which jurisdiction your account with FxPro is under, all client funds are held in segregated accounts with Global Banking Institutions such as Barclays, Credit Suisse and RBS. (Unfortunately we do not offer clients the choose of which bank will specifically hold their funds, but please be reassured that we undertake due diligence on all the banking institutions named) This is also the case regardless of what type of Trading Account you decide to open.
For the Broker to Broker transfer, we would require a form for you to complete that you can obtain by contacting our support or by emailing directly [email protected]
It is worth noting that the name on the account held with your old broker, must match the name on your new account with FxPro.
Unfortunately we are not able to initiate the transfer on your behalf, you would need to instruct your broker to transfer the funds to us, and this process may take same time due to the current situation. However provided we have all required documentation, we will do all that we can to facilitate the transfer from our end.
