If most are long, does it mean it will go up?
If most are short, does it mean it will go down?
What it means if number of bulls keeps on increasing as the time goes by?
What it means if number of bears keeps on increasing as the time goes by?
What it means if most traders switch their positions from short to long? or vice versa
Where can I find the information about intended profit targets of most, if most are long? or for that of shorts, if most are short?
What are the other qualities of a good information, in addition to: Relevance, Completeness, Accuracy, Timeliness, Adequacy, .............
Is this information any good?
Chicky, there are no hard and fast answers to your questions. It is just data, additional information to aid you in making your decisions to go long or short. You could say that the more people that are long/short, there are less people left to join the trade, so in some cases this data can act as a contrarian indicator i.e. the more "crowded" the trade gets, the less likely the trend is to continue as there are fewer people left to jump on the trend.
Hope this helps answer your question.
