I have accessing my trading platform at work for the last few years.but for the last 2 weeks the platform is not connecting to the server.At the right bottom it says no connection.I spoke to my broker they gave me settings about DNS server and Ip address but i'm confused where to add them and how to add them.
Has anyone faced this kind of problem
