Disliked{quote} I am not the first who marked the top red zone, FXyogi did. But i think the reason why he marked the top red zone because demand is there at the congested area (somehow looked compressed) before price move up swiftly {image}Ignored
DislikedAnd something here I would like to point out 2 different approach of marking zone. The red line is the important area. Both charts show the engulf of the important area and how zone is marked. For FTR chapter by LesPaul in RTM he will mark the blue zone. {image} However, FXyogi will marked the green zone as below. {image} Some recent example: {image} Did I understand things wrongly? Any opinion the pros and cons and how to use both type of different marking in different situation?Ignored

DislikedHi girstar. In this example we don't know where FL was in red candle therefore we don't know if green candle engulfed this FL, creating new FL. So the best thing to do, is to not trade it, because it is gambling - guessing where FL is, unless you had engulf before price reaches this zone and your SL is above this whole area. Pretty often we can see exactly where FL was formed and then we can trade it.Ignored
DislikedHi Gristar, this is perfect example for you. this chart only to show how to draw FL, not every FL is able to trade. {image} {image} I hope this help.Ignored

Disliked{quote} What did i understand wrong? I m so confused. It seems to me wherever price turn we could use it to describe with RTM method. {image} {image} {image}Ignored
