Dislikedmay be true in London ,but generally I dont think its outside money driving price, fact is theres not enough housing ,and the goverment are stimulating market British people have an obsession to owning property ,as a good investment ,me included But I suspect the new borrowing rules will have an effect all on thier own,in time intrest rates really wont have to rise much to put a lot of people in trouble, {quote}Ignored

Dislikedjust my two cents in pidgin english: cable already has the highest interest rate of all major currencies, interest hike is announced. uk has the highest gdp growth rate of all g7 members, and itīs inflation rate is modest in relation to the us and japan. unemployment rate is the lowest since 2009. services and housing market are much more important for gdp growth than industrial production in germany f.e., therefore the external value is not that crucial. thoughts of a scalper i prefer to scalp in the direction...Ignored
