DislikedGuys, you don't need to panic or restart the EA or MT4 platform when the SHI channel disappears, it is basically going to find a range between a 240 bar frame and when it does it will place limit orders when price hits the median (middle line) depending on what you have specified in your grid settings and lot settings..... It's that simple Also, the only way you'll find the best settings is to experiment and test it out for yourself.Ignored
DislikedCan someone explain to me how the trailing settings work in this ea. I haven't seen a trail on any of the open positions. If I don't want a trail, can I modify the settings to 0 for distance and 0 for step? I've been grid trading for some time now manually and this is the closest ea I could find that resembles what I'm doing. If I can set my system on auto pilot, it would save me a lot of time. Wish I had more info on the overall behavior of this ea. I get what its doing for the most part, but still a lot of unknowns.Ignored

I've been manually trading a strategy similar to this for some time now. The problem I see with only trading EUR/USD is the lack of diversification leading to that problem of blowing up your account. If you use a hedge strategy with this method such as EUR/USD vs USD/CHF, you balance the risk a little. A basket of pairs with very small lots spread out over a lot of pairs will manage the risk for you. When i say small...Ignored
