DislikedDid anybody notice the bearish engulfing pattern on the Dow Jones industrial average? Close below 16600 after breaching a previous high of 16588 late December 2013. First FTA support area at around 16250 (Red) followed by 16180 (Green), entry at the break of the bearish candle, 16380. Note the congestion pattern to the left in the period of Dec 2013 -Jan 2014 (Green box) and suggest a very strong resistance at 16380 after that support breaks. {image}Ignored

QuoteDislikedHey Neytiri You are far off from the breakout area for me. .... You want to look towards the breakout pattern for PA(if you want to replicate how I approach them). So where the green circle is I would look for good PA on the houlry/30min even 15min for an hourly pattern. So in this case for me there was no PA and price just broke out fast so i'd pass on this one myself Let me know if that makes sense Mike
Disliked{quote} I think it's pretty small, in traffic and it's a friday bar, it could be just profit taking... Better to look for big PB that at major swing pointsIgnored
Disliked{quote} I would personally avoid this trade. Take a look at actual levels. You are taking a trade against very strong support. S/R levels are zones, not exact levels. It is what we call trading into traffic. Very dangegrous. Be careful mate...Ignored
