For example you see a quick price increase and you decide that's the buy signal and then the news comes out and its bearish would u close position or just let it hit your stop loss assuming you have moved your stop loss to 0 already cause the price increased.Ignored
DislikedWas trading the NAB Business Confidence ( I am aussie too) and my entry was the little trend line I drew and exit was the second one. had a 5 pip trailing stop when I got positive and made a nice 30 pip profit. DislikedAs I said, there's a lot of violence in that news. It's a very very nasty whipsaw. I had to progressively drag down the SL as price was going down before news. It takes a lot of experience a a quick reaction {image}Ignored
DislikedOk, guys. This was also a good week for me. I earned some pips, saved a lot of time, and im quite happy about my results. Second trade based on old "L" method which works better for me. But it is impossible to trade gbp news this way. {image}Ignored
