London was poppin' all over the place today!
Here were some BASIC Alien setups that would have been good for hundreds of pips in just a few hours...
EURUSD 5M: BBsqueeze, ADX Powering up, Green Stoch and RSIoma above 80 with DS...
GBPUSD 5M: BBsqueeze, ADX Powering up, Green Stoch and RSIoma above 50 with DS leading the way...
USDCHF 5M: BBsqueeze, ADX Powering up, Green Stoch and RSIoma dropping below 20 with DS divergence...
EURJPY 5M: BBsqueeze, ADX powering up, Green Stoch and RSIoma crossing above 50 with DS...
CHFJPY 5M: BBsqueeze, ADX Powering up, Green Stoch above 80 and RSIoma crossing above 50 with DS leading the way...
EURAUD 5M: BBsqueeze, ADX Powering up, Green Stoch and RSIoma crossing above 50 with the DS...
GBPAUD 5M: BBsqueeze, ADX Powering up, Green Stoch and RSIoma crossing above 50 with the DS...
AUDCHF 5M: BBsqueeze, ADX Powering up, Green Stoch and RSIoma crossing below 50 with the DS...
GBPCHF 5M: BBsqueeze, ADX Powering up, Green Stoch below 50 and RSIoma below 20 with DS divergence...
I caught the EURAUD, GBPAUD, and GBPUSD with the demo account...
I don't watch the cross CHF pairs that much so I didn't see the AUDCHF and GBPCHF until I did some chart review..
And I personally passed on the EURUSD, USDCHF, EURJPY, and CHFJPY despite seeing them setup in real time because I didn't like the way the hourly charts were looking to support these moves... but they seemed to go off anyway.
Hope this is helping people recognize the simple patterns... and hope you are all doing your own chart review at the end of each session to see what you missed, as the more you do this the better you will get at catching them in real time
Oh, as for monitoring so many pairs, I've actually found a pretty simple method... it's called "one chart" LOL
I figure if I'm looking for a 5M squeeze to setup any potential day trades, I can just flip through all the charts on the 5M every 20-30 mins or so, as it usually takes a BBsqueeze 4+ bars before it goes off... this gives you a lot of time (20+ mins) to see them and then check the lower and higher time frames to confirm and enter.
If I was swing trading, I would only look at the Daily or Weekly charts... once I see the RSIoma and Green Stoch trending strong with ADX support, I would then go to the 4 hour (for a daily setup) or Daily (for a weekly setup) to get an entry off of a RSIoma/DS divergence setup... check it out yourself, and you can see this working out over and over.. So, I don't think we need to overwhelm ourselves and over-analyze charts with every time frame and every setup as we're just getting started here... however, I do concur that as we develop our skills, adding more time frames, as Alien does, will only improve upon our success.. baby steps until then
