evey year around nov/dec business plan for next year and there are structural changes.. every fucking year.. just because next years plans on how to run the business require re balancing...
use google and search layoffs finance 2012 and u will find the same.. check the dates on these two now.. nov 2012.. earlier ones was nov 2013.. its plain logic. thsi time of the year u cut slack and plan ahead..
so in nov/dec structural changes = seasonal changes
