so the last situation now , i have received answer to my ticket that the specialists have reviewed the problem and said that there was no price gap at the tick price volume.
So that answer made me now 100% sure that there was a problem because up till now i didn't get a convincing answer so if they are right then most probable that there was a delay in updating the price on my chart, so let me ask the company representative in the forum :
1- when the problem is due to delay in updating the price on chart that lead to a loss, isn't it a fault from the company side and i have the right to get back my money?
2- when the problem is due to delay in updating the price on chart, will that be clear on the company tick price volume?
Finally i will never let my right go
