I reckon you are on a good wicket you are getting a commission discount from IC Markets eventhough it was your own mistake

I wired money to IC Markets through "The Royal Bank of Canada" with the instructions I got from IC Markets...and now, I am getting harassed by IC Markets paid impostors. I have all the paper work...and the mistake did not come from Canada. IF IC Markets is a real broker, I think they should spend more time looking into their problems than paying people to police trading forums. If you guys are smart, you ought to know that this does not look good on IC Markets in this forum.

martypip is right. You don't deserve that $5 discounted commission when everyone else is paying between $5.50 (through IB) to $7 (regular). IC Markets should retract that offer and rid themselves of such a loser. Getting the best commission rate of $5 and yet still complaining on public forums is childish and vicious at the same time. If I worked for IC Markets, I would tell them to ban you from ever opening an account with them.

Under the terms and conditions of our client agreement IC Markets reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time, I have included the relevant sections from the PDS below. We are hereby terminating the agreement with yourself and will return your money as soon as it is collected from Global Collect. As explained last night our accounts team are speaking with Global Collect in order to have the funds collected as soon as possible, I cannot give a firm ETA for their arrival but we will notify you when they arrive.
We would like to wish you all the best in your search for a broker and we sincerely hope you find one that meets your needs.

My ignorance is appalling? This problem is not about commission...it is about money wired to IC Markets that has not yet arrived in my trading account. I have an account with kickbackfx that is linked to my IC Markets account...so, discounted commission is not the issue.

Thank you for the emails...it has been a great experience. Please be aware that I do not represent or work for anyone other than myself. And my posts and information sharing online will be at my own discretion. It is unfortunate that Global Collect is inefficient with their banking transactions for IC Markets....Royal Bank Of Canada does not make mistakes.
I do not intend to wait forever to get my refund...and if that happens, I will take the necessary steps with Royal Bank Of Canada to make sure that this will not happen to any other Canadian.

When I made the same mistake when funding my Pepperstone account I worked with them to resolved it and even paid for them to investigate the whereabouts of my funds. I am an Adult and work with my brokers to find resolutions I don't jump up and down like a child as this does not achieve anything. Stop crying and grow up, work with your broker to identify the issue which in this case looks to be your own mistake.

You're calling me names and blaming me for matters that does not relate to you...or does it relate to you? If my money is not refunded on time, I think it is my duty to inform the whole world about this issue...in every forum that I can find to alert people to stay away from IC Markets. This is not about crying, it is about keeping people informed about fake brokers. And if I can prevent anyone from this kind of harassment from people like you...then IC markets will have more to lose than my deposit.

If I don't get my refunds in few days, I will inform the Australian regulators (ASIC) about my terrible experience with IC Markets...this is far from over and you are making things worse by harassing me in this forum. I will inform forexpeacearmy and 100forex brokers about this problem with IC Markets...keep it up ass-hole!!!
