Was asked i pm how to determine the waves for a long or short setup. This is my reply.
Also please note that the attached chart is how I look at things - I like my setups to be confirmed .... on the second pullback
to HL or LH.
If the train moves without these pullbacks... so be it no harm done... on to the next entry.
Doing it this way will help you to filter out the false signals, and also help you to be more picky about your trades...

DislikedEJ: This is a "qualified" setup, meaning it ain't fully qualified! The Dragon is not really angled down, yet. Also, FO/LO might put price up another time, maybe backtesting the drawn TL. If that happens, a short EP might be above whole number. If not, then maybe safest below PVT, as drawn. It is recommended to wait until after the London session has begun. Why?
