The spike in the minute chart. I can't put my finger directly on it, but it's like someone seized momentum. It's like the slowdown of momentum is too much exposure for brokers who are facilitating trades for their customers. (Taking the other side of the trade.) They have to get rid of that actively, thus, the increase in volatility.
Something like that.
