DislikedIn my opinion, the most consistent trader is not an individual, but a set of qualities.
I have seen MANY (and I am sure all of you have as well) an EA or trading system that does really well over the course of months/years etc, until it completely falls off a cliff. In fact I saw a trader make OVER 100% monthly within the course of 6 months, and then lost it all in one day...
In this game it is all about how can survive to the 9th and 10th race, meaning who can stay in the marathon the longest. The person or system that can continually keep...Ignored

DislikedYes, my point exactly. The problem with many systems is, they place too much emphasis on the upside, whereas I am more concerned with the downside.
You always here "Such and such system made 1,000 %!" But, all I really care about is how much they had to risk to get there...Ignored

To answer the original question, I am not the most consistent trader... yet. But I aim to be and my system development is coming on very nicely. Keep an eye on me in the next few years, I'm into systems with a holding period in the months, not minutes, it'll take time to prove myself but I will get there.Ignored
